Ahead of the Commonwealth Security Forum, to be held in Accra, Ghana, in late 2023, Executive Director, CSG, Freddie Woolland, met with leaders from the Government of Ghana including Hon Minister Owusu Afriyie Akoto, Minister for Food and Agriculture, Hon Minister Dominic Nitiwul, Minister of Defence as well as senior officials from the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, the Cyber Security Authority, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Discussions ranged from Ghana's security priorities, Ghana's role in wider regional and Commonwealth affairs, and how to inject new ideas and impetus into Commonwealth activities.
